Drew leads Fruitcake Casting from London, combining creative instinct with deep industry experience. He first gained international recognition as a vocalist and writer with When in Rome, whose 1989 release The Promise remains a cult classic, widely featured across film, TV, and pop culture.

After music, Drew ran two model agencies, developing a sharp understanding of performance and on-camera presence. With over 20 years in casting, he brings a precise eye for authenticity and consistently delivers natural, confident talent.

Richard began in fashion before moving into executive recruitment, specialising in legal & senior professionals. After more than 20 years casting alongside Drew, he combines a highly developed creative instinct with meticulous control over budgets, schedules, usage, and agreements — ensuring every project runs smoothly without compromising on talent or ideas. Based in Mexico, this enables round-the-clock casting
