After music, Drew ran two model agencies, developing a sharp understanding of performance and on-camera presence.
With over 20 years in casting, he brings a precise eye for authenticity and consistently delivers natural, confident talent.
Richard began in fashion before moving into executive recruitment, specialising in legal & senior professionals.
After more than 20 years casting he combines a highly developed creative instinct with meticulous control over budgets, schedules, usage, and agreements — ensuring every project runs smoothly without compromising on talent or ideas.
