We work closely with the show's creative team, including the director, showrunner, and producers to define the vision for the show's characters, provide guidance on the type of talent needed, their appearances, and the desired qualities for each role with continued collaboration that ensures that the casting process aligns with the overall creative direction and vision of the series.

We issue casting calls and organise audition opportunities for actors using various traditional platforms, such as talent agencies, networking events, online platforms, and social media and arrange open casting calls or hold auditions by appointment or virtually. review performances, discuss potential actors, and provide recommendations for each role. with input and expertise to help the creative team make informed decisions that align with the show's vision with attention to what is integral to ensuring that the right people are selected to bring the characters in a television series to life.

We coordinate in person audition sessions for actors who are shortlisted with casting sessions at the production or a casting studio or at other appropriate locations by running the camera, providing direction, and working with the actors to bring out their best performances and conduct auditions and callbacks to narrow down the list of potential actors for each role before your team meets with potential candidates.

We can help with negotiating and finalizing contracts, collaborate with talent representatives, like agents and managers or directly with self-represented talent to secure favorable terms for both parties with our understanding of industry standards and negotiations helping to ensure a smooth casting process and provide talent and agents details about the compensation or payment structure for the role with the rate or fee, any additional allowances or benefits, and the expected duration of the project.

We can provide an overview of the project, including the title, genre, and storyline and any other relevant details that help actors and models understand the project's scope. share detailed descriptions of the characters that need to be cast such as the character's age, gender, appearance, personality traits, and any specific requirements or skills the role demands and provide instructions on how actors and models can submit their auditions and edit tapes to your specific guidelines regarding the format (e.g., video audition, headshot, resume), where and how to submit the materials, and any deadlines.

We can cast confidentially and arrange for talent to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements and only include information about initial video auditions, callback auditions, and, if applicable, in-person auditions share the payment/contract details and anticipated production schedule, including shooting dates and (overseas) locations making sure agents actors and models confirm their availability and guard against potential conflicts if selected for the project.

We track the progress of auditions, and communicate with actors, talent agencies, and production staff, coordinate travel arrangements, schedule callbacks, and manage the required paperwork for casting decisions and provide an estimated timeline for agents and talent for the casting process and when final decisions will be made and release and provide feedback when talent is not selected for a particular role.
